How do I place an order?

- PLEASE NOTE : We work on an appointment basis only, so get in touch with us to book an appointment.
Can I customize my order?
Yes customization is possible in terms of colors, length, sleeve and other minor adjustments. For customization request, please contact us at +971 4 447 2513 or email us at aakarshan.aj@gmail.com For major customizations, we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the requirement.
How can I check my size?
- Please refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page.
- However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
What is the time frame for receiving my order?
- Shipping withing Dubai & Sharjah normally will take 2-3 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
- Shipping to Abu Dhabi will take 4-5 days from date of dispatch.
- International orders take a week-15 days depending on the location.
- For any customization orders, it will take approx 30 days from the time of payment.

Is there enough margin in the outfits?
- There is usually a 3-4″ inch margin on all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is minimal.
- Incase of picking an item from our ready collections, it depends on whether or not we have already done alterations on the outfit for you as per your requirements.
- The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us.
- For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we usually do not provide alterations.
- There will be an additional charge for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
