Delivery & Shipping

Shipping in UAE:

Shipping within Dubai & Sharjah is fixed at a flat AED 25/- rate.
Shipping to other emirates might vary depending on the area.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.Product delivery details will be shared on email / phone with in 4 -5 working days from the date of booking.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

If you are buying Sale items, Exchange and returns are not possible, neither are alterations a possibility.

Return Policy:

Cancellation is not possible once the order is placed. Cancellation by customer after dispatch will not be acceptable.

Return Delivery Policy:

We at Aakarshan put in our best efforts to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects and has been received torn etc… The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to us within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered. There will be no exchange for reasons like color mismatch and exchange for size.No money for the returned product will be refunded, however a credit note will be generated for the value of returned goods.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send your item to: AAKARSHAN office located at Al Hudaiba Awards Building, Block B, Office #615, Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Collection & Alterations:

Outfits must be collected within 30 days of order completion. We will not be responsible for the outfits thereafter. We will not be responsible for any alterations if you collect the outfit after 30 days. Alterations thus, will be done at an additional charge.
